7 Day Forecast: Soggy Saturday, Temps Above Avg

Thursday - Perhaps not "as" bright, but still a nice day. As winds shift direction we will watch some high, thin clouds move into the region which is indicative of warm air advection. Warm air rises high up into the atmosphere and clouds are created as a result. No rain from those clouds but a "milky sunshine" certainly. Upper 40s. Pleasant.

Friday - Clouds will thicken. This time mid and low level clouds that will make things grey at times. We should be dry all day but the chance of some precip increases after nightfall. Around 50. Comfy.

Saturday - Rainy. Windy. Potential coastal flooding. An area of low pressure will ride over our region bringing scattered showers and even a period of heavy rain. Winds will gust 30-40mph out of the NE to ENE to E. This will push extra water ashore and fill the back bays. Luckily, it's a quick moving, weaker storm so I don't believe flooding will be moderate or major BUT we need to watch closely as last minute changes in track can have consequences. Rain should wrap up by mid afternoon.

Sunday - Better! Breezy, partly sunny, still comfy. Upper 40s.
